The goal was to create a fusion with RICS' long history and its future destiny. A top to bottom refurbishment while the staff remained in situ. Not an easy project, but in Contrada, RICS had a partner with an enthusiastic business owner and a committed team that approached the project with honesty and integrity.     We have just completed The Office Groups new headquarters, named The Smiths Building at 179 Great Portland St. The total refurbishment of 25,000 square feet of space over 7 floors includes approx 30 offices for tenants, TOG’s main operation space, a Gym, kitchens, toilet, showers, meeting rooms and reception.
