The full refurbishment of RICS’ headquarters involved working closely every day with with clients professional team to deliver completed areas and manage the logistical challenges that came with working in an occupied building. The £4.2m project was split into phases in order to enable the business to maintain trading. The basement to 5th floors were completed over 7 phases. The floors offer open plan office space, meeting rooms and closed offices, kitchens, toilets, showers, a new reception and post room, and a new President Suite. Works included; all new mechanical and electrical services throughout, new plant, structural works, new lift shaft, ceilings, specialist joinery, decorations, flooring and repairing historic building fabric.
