Farrer & Co, Phase 1, 66 Lincoln's Inn Fields

Commercial

One of our first projects was this high profile refurbishment of Farrer & Co’s headquarters, at 66 Lincoln’s Inn Fields. The Grade 2 listed building was originally designed by Sir Christopher Wren and the work was overseen by English Heritage.

The entrance, reception, common areas and client meeting rooms were upgraded to provide a modern feel while retaining a strong sense of it’s rich history. As well as carefully restoring key parts of the building, the works included new bespoke mahogany reception desk, cupboards, credenza units, meeting room tables & chairs. Also, new sound proof offices were constructed including matching the original cornicing, dado, skirtings and doors as well as new carpeting, wall coverings, AC and lighting. All the work was carefully carried out in an occupied building while minimising business disruption.
