Contrada undertook the refurbishment of this old printing workshop for property developers HDG. The 3,500 sq ft space was stripped out, the floor sanded back and the walls all revealed back to the original brickwork. New tea point facilities, a reception, offices, comms and meeting rooms were created using surface mounted services all run in galvanised containment to create an urban feel. The works included glass and solid partitions, decoration, joinery, signage, suspended feature lighting, AC, security and fire alarm systems.
