Farrer & Co appointed Contrada to undertake the fit out of the 4th floor to provide additional space for 2 departments. New Kitchen, WC, open plan office and meeting rooms were formed. The works included strip out of the existing space, new specialist joinery,glass and solid partitoning, ceiling works, AC, lighting, fire alarm, access control, data and decorations.
