Cat B fit out of 4,000sq ft of new office space for Farrer & Co on the 3rd and 4th floors. This work was undertaken in order to provide the client with additional trading space near their head office. The works comprised of the strip out of existing services and partitions, new AC, lighting including controls, adaption of fire alarm, new access control and Cat 6 data. New glazed offices and meeting rooms were provided along with carpeting, ceiling and decorations.
