Xansa, Birmingham
CommercialFollowing the projects to Xansa Manchester and London, Contrada undertook this fit out of their Birmingham office. The works involved stripping out the existing space and providing new offices offices adapting AC, new lighting, data, power, access control and fire alarm system to suit. New carpeting, decorations and ceilings were also carried out. All the works were carried out with the building fully occupied with the need to minimise business disruption.
