Conversion of commercial office building into residential apartments including structural works, extension, new finishes, roofing and services.

The role includes managing the preconstruction and construction phases on behalf of the client through to completion.
Formally a piano factory owned by John Brinsmead who were pianoforte manufacturers to HRH the Prince of Wales.

Purchased by Delbanco Meyer and Company Ltd (bristle merchants and household textiles), in 1967.
The second floor was recently converted to 9, 2-bed apartments and a penthouse. Phase 2 will see the conversion of a further 6 apartments within the main building and the conversion of the upper floor of the separate showroom building into another penthouse apartment with outside roof terraces.

This is an ongoing project with completion due in May 2015. .
