The works involved part demolition of the existing building, structural works and extension to create approx 5,750 sq ft of space with outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi and garage

The building was rendered externally and rear curtain walling installed leading to a patio rear garden

Flooring was a combination of oak, limestone and porcelain and walls we plastered throughout with limestone to the bathrooms

A new fitted kitchen/ dining area leading onto large family living space was also provided including feature joinery throughout

Bedrooms had new windows and inbuilt oak wardrobes

New AC, plumbing and feature lighting throughout with video entry and alarms system
