This high-end residential project was carried out for a local developer who wanted to create a luxurious 5,000 square feet modern dwelling

The works involved part demolition of the existing building, structural works and new internal walls,  Portland Stone cladding to front of house & render to rear as well as Curtain walling to the rear elevation and a spectacular vaulted glazed roof to central lobby

The high level finishes included – oak, travertine, limestone and porcelain flooring/ walls, specialist joinery including wardrobes, doors, feature kitchen and new bathrooms

New AC, plumbing and feature lighting throughout with video entry and alarms system

Landscaping to front and rear garden including patios
